BOTOX has opened the door for other neuromodulator cosmetic treatments for frown lines and wrinkles, including Jeuveau® injections. Jeuveau is similar to Botox, using a purified neurotoxin to relax targeted facial muscles to smooth away frown and furrow lines on the brow and other areas. Jeuveau (Prabotulinumtoxin A-xvfs) a highly purified form of botulinum toxin A, the same “active ingredient” in Botox or Dysport. Jeuveau is composed of the same protein; however, it goes through a different purification and drying process called Hi-Pure Technology.
Jeuveau, also known as #Newtox, temporarily reduces the appearance of facial wrinkles. Like Botox and Dysport, Jeuveau blocks the signal from the nerve to the muscles, reducing movement and smoothing out your facial wrinkles and other areas.
