Hello all! This lovely patient underwent a 360 liposuction with vaser high definition bbl and correction of scar to the right upper buttock. She had 900cc injection to each side. Improvements in technique combined with the high definition possible with the vaser allows for high volume fat removal from a patient with a bmi of 25. Thank you!

She is two weeks post surgery in this post. So there's still swelling to resolve

Good morning all! Protein is key to good health. I strongly encourage all patients to up their protein content for good general health, but it's especially important for anyone having surgery. Beef jerky is a high protein snack that you can make at home! It's easier than I thought. Starts with extra lean eye of round beef. 3 hours in a smoker/ oven yields a great result.
