What Is BBL combined with Liposuction? 

Combining a BBL (Brazilian butt lift)  with fat transfer from your entire waist – hence Lipo 360 augments your body contours and buttocks using your own body fat. With BBL, Dr. Yang uses liposuction to remove fat around your entire torso region and then injects the fat into your hips and buttocks, creating a perky, fuller appearance. Hip dip corrective surgery is when Dr. Yang uses fat redistribution or a fat transfer  to reduce the hollowed areas of the buttocks. Generally during LIPO 360, fat is suctioned from one area of your body and then injected into the hollowed hip area. The goal of this fat graft is to smooth out the curvature of the hips giving your backside a fuller appearance.

BBL with LIPO360 vs. Butt (Silicone) Implants:

• Butt Augmentation using Silicone Implants has a 30-40% complication rate as in less than 1% complication rate with (BBL) Fat Transfer when fat is placed in the superficial fat layer and not intramuscular.
• Sub-muscular Butt Implants have a higher rate of severe postoperative pain and soreness than a BBL Fat Transfer.
• Infections are quite common in Butt Lift Implants and not in BBL.
• Silicone Buttocks Implants may shift or move with time causing shape distortion of the butt and pain.
• Silicone Butt Implant Surgery limits walking or running for months, with BBL and LIPO360 you can resume modified activities in one week.
• BBL Fat Transfer is not an option for patients with insufficient fat, then butt implants become the only surgical choice or NON-SURGICAL BBL using Sculptra cosmetic filler – that is is not permanent.
